Remember moviestars like Jayne Mansfield, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Sophia Loren or the legendary Marilyn Monroe. You wanna know why they are so unforgetable and so incredibly sexy? They simply had it all!
They were sexy, fashionable, sophisticated and elegant at the same time. They represented sexappeal and glamour in one person. They were real ladies with pure style! Yes! In the 50s young ladies stopped looking like their mothers. They started to wear tight waists and wide skirts. Colorful patterns and a youthful elegance brought glamour into the fashion world. After decades of destroyed looks, punk and rock, todays girls and women are also longing for more style and elegance. They want to be ladylike with all the romance, optimism and easiness. They want to play with fashion and play different roles down to their whim. Various designers recreated this glamourous 50s style. There are so many beautiful fashion and jewelry retro pieces that it wasn’t easy for me to choose. So I decided to pick some awesome things predominantly in green and light blue colors. I hope you like my favorites! Now start to be a real lady and remember:
✰ The only real elegance is in the mind; if you’ve got that, the rest really comes from it. ✰
