To have enough power and positive energy and vibes you have to stop sometimes and relax. Just sit down, take your very special minutes for yourself, feeling yourself, listening to yourself breathing. In the evening during the summer season I love to relax outside and enjoy the nature, my tropical flowers at home, watching my goddess and all the peace she spreads.
